Over the past 33 years, I’ve led companies as both a CEO and senior executive across industries including cyber security, enterprise software, travel technology, and real estate technology. I built and sold three private businesses, helped drive landmark enterprise software deals, and navigated nearly every challenge growth-stage leaders encounter. Those decades gave me not only the wins, but also the scars — and the wisdom that comes from both.
Today, my focus is on leadership coaching. I work side-by-side with growth-stage CEOs and their teams to sharpen vision and strategy, drive execution and accountability, and strengthen talent and culture. My role isn’t to hand down answers, but to help leaders see clearly, act decisively, and build momentum with integrity.
Grounded in values of caring, curiosity, discipline, challenge, lifelong learning, and fun, I bring the perspective of someone who has lived the executive journey and now dedicates himself to guiding others through it.
